These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cloud9 Pro at cloud9pro.net (the "Site") and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Use of the Site is restricted to individuals who are 21+.

All content, features, and functionality on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and designs) are owned by Cloud9 Pro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Cloud9 Pro promotes fair play. You agree not to engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

We may request additional information to verify suspicious activity. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or immediate termination of your account.

Payments on Cloud9 Pro are processed as specified on the Site. Transactions are considered complete only when they are successfully received and confirmed by our payment processor or network. Payments sent via unsupported methods or unconfirmed transactions may not be credited, and Cloud9 Pro is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party networks or user error.

Except where required by law, completed transactions are non-refundable. Chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension and forfeiture of promotional benefits.

You agree not to:

• Publish, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content
• Publicly perform or display any Site materials without permission
• Use the Site in a way that damages, disables, or overburdens our infrastructure
• Interfere with other users' access to the Services
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. Cloud9 Pro may update these Terms at any time; your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without notice. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cloud9 Pro regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws shown on the Site, and any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
